Came in to shop prices for an extraction. Not believing id have the procedure done there. However, the atmosphere in the office was very warm, receptive, and had a positive vibe. Plus the wait was only a minute or two. Nurse Fernanda was also both very professional and personable (easy to talk to). After meeting and speaking with Dr.Reeves I understood why the atmosphere of the office is so positive. He presented a calm and professional demeanor, that coupled by his soft spokeness is a prime example of “Leadership by Example”. I was informed of every detail regarding my tooth extraction beforehand and had every question answered promptly in terms easily understood. I will certainly return, even though I like my previous dentist. I highly recommend Great Smile Dental!!

The BEST dental experience ever! I am always treated like a human first and a patient second. Dr. Reeves and the dental hygienists and assistants always provide excellent, exemplary service! I will keep coming back to this office for as long as I can because any other office would have a hard time living up to the service I receive here.

The doctor and the employees are very friendly. For my first time there, Doctor was very informative in everything that is going on with my teeth and future side effects if not treated. Having my teeth cleaned and nice is a huge pep peeve of mine and I’ve been to multiple dentist and none have been as informative as this staff. I highly recommend great smile and will now make this my #1 go to place for my teeth.

I really appreciated the staff at Great Smile Dental of Chula Vista! The receptionist both were extremely courteous, and the dental assistant and doctor's attention to detail and thoroughly communicating with me throughout my examination. Great smile dental has been and is the best dental office I’ve ever experienced. I’m someone who has never enjoyed going to the dentist, however Dr Reeves and the entire staff make you feel comfortable regardless if you have preconceived reservations with getting dental work done. Dr Reeves is so nice and takes his time to explain everything in detail and in a manner that is understandable / easy to comprehend. You never feel judged for maybe procrastinating to take proper care of your teeth or even coming in to get your yearly cleanings. I’ve had so many issues with a fractured tooth, infected gums, dry socket after a wisdom tooth resection and Dr Reeves has always been available to get me the care I need/ answer any of my concerns I may have. I honestly couldn’t think of another dentist / dental office I would want to go to and I’ve been to others and none have come close to how awesome this place is.

I have had horrible dental experiences in my past, with very little concern for my comfort, while often recommending unnecessary procedures just to stack their billing. One even began yanking on my molar for an extraction prior to being completely numb, even after being told. I stopped visiting after the world closed down in 2020, for many reasons, but primarily after losing trust in doctors/ dentists actual concern for patients best interests and comfort. That is, until now. I found Great Smile in a local search, after dealing with a couple of broken molars over the last 2 years that began causing pain, and I'm so extremely grateful that I did! DR. REEVES and his staff are absolutely EXTRAORDINARY! I can not express enough how very happy I am that I have found a new dentist right down the street, whom I have grown to trust completely in only 3 visits. They have a small staff and they all show great respect and care for their patients, ensuring that we are as comfortable as possible in what almost always is a very uncomfortable necessary evil . If you are seeking a new dentist, you will not regret choosing Great Smile and Dr. Reeves!

I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism and friendly staff. Dr. Freed was very detailed when explaining my condition/treatment plan. Their staff definitely treats their clients with a high level of care. Very clean facility/equipment. One of their newest patient for life!

My dentist of 20+ years retired during COVID. His replacement unfortunately was not a good fit for me and my family. My cousin who’s a dentist and attended dentistry school with Dr. Reeves recommended him. My first experience with Dr. Reeves was excellent. He took the time to explain in detail what I needed and answered all my questions. He has excellent bedside manners and aims to make his patients feel comfortable throughout treatment. His staff is equally friendly and are quick to respond to any concerns. I am very pleased with Dr. Reeves and highly recommend him.
